Motherhood moves fast.

One day you’re holding a newborn who fits in the palm of your hand, and the next day you’re trying to keep up with a toddler who wants to discover everything. Between naps, meals, sudden bursts of energy and moments of tenderness, it’s easy to forget to pause and simply exist together.

This is why I created Mummy & Me sessions.

A gentle break in the middle of your week. A space where your connection is the only thing that matters.

A session designed for real moments

As a mother myself, I know how rarely we appear in our own family photos. We document our children endlessly, but we’re often missing from the frame. Mummy & Me sessions are here to change that. These are not posed studio portraits. They are intimate, natural images of you and your child, the way you hold them, comfort them, laugh with them, or simply look at them.

A Strasbourg home studio made for little ones

My home studio in Strasbourg Neudorf is arranged with young children in mind.

Minimal, warm, open. A place where they can move, explore and forget about the camera.

Instead of rigid poses, we follow their rhythm. Some jump, some cuddle, some take their time before warming up. All of this is normal, and I adapt the session to your child’s personality.

You can choose between two textile backdrops: white or black. Soft, silent, and ideal for children who love to move — textile doesn’t wrinkle loudly or distract them like paper backgrounds can, which makes the whole experience smoother.

For any age and any stage of motherhood

These sessions work beautifully with: – newborns who simply want to be held – babies discovering the world – toddlers who won’t stay still (and don’t need to) – older children who still seek closeness in their own way

Each age brings its own magic, its own gestures, its own kind of connection.

What happens during a session?

Before: After booking, you receive a short preparation guide. It includes outfit suggestions, tips for a smooth experience, and what to expect on the day.

During: We always begin slowly. Children often need a few minutes to explore the studio, so I give them that space. The session is guided, but flexible. I direct when needed, but the most meaningful images often come from the moments in between — a shy smile, a hug, a tiny hand holding yours.

After: You receive a curated online gallery and select your favourite images. I edit each photo carefully so the result feels natural, soft and true to your relationship.
